Return Policy

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, at OciShop we accept exchanges and returns within a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To process a return or exchange, products must be sent back in good condition, clean, and in the same state in which they were received.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been clearly used, altered, or damaged. If a return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for arranging the collection of the rejected item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised without following the procedures indicated above, a refund cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of a rejected return, the customer may request the product to be shipped back within 10 days from the notification. Otherwise, OciShop reserves the right to retain both the product and the amount paid.
